Betrothals and Engagements

Erick and Lisa Luper of Missouri announce the betrothal of their daughter, Joy Luper, to David Penner, son of Russ and Lisa Penner of New York.

The Virginity Celebration of the Bride-to-be will take place in Missouri at the home of her parents in 2014, and the wedding is planned for the next summer.

The Groom-to-be will be moving to Missouri shortly to begin discipleship training with his future father-in-law, according to Genesis 2:24: "A man shall leave his father and his mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh."

We hope to celebrate the wedding supper with you all in about ten years. It's too early to set the time and location, but we'll keep you updated. If you have any gifts to send the couple, please send them to the parents of the Bride (wifeyuno@yahoo.com) so we can provide a dowry for her.
